1. In order to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Taiwan, the NSTC has specially commissioned the industrial Innovation Talents of the Science and Technology Policy Research and Information Center to handle the 'X Talent Program'.
2. This program will select talents who are enthusiastic about contributing to Taiwan's industrial innovation and development to go overseas for cooperative study for one year. The subsidy amount is NT$1.5 million. It is hoped that the talents will assist in the development of industrial innovation layout after returning to the country, allowing Taiwan to accurately grasp market opportunities in the global science and technology strategic layout, and become a key force in global economic growth in the future.
