B. Qualifications
PhD in Pharmarcy:
1.Field of medicinal chemistry.
2.Preferable to have ability for organic synthesis and knowledge in pharmacology, PK and PD.
3.Preferable to have experience in handling analytical instrument, ex: NMR, LC-MS, HPLC etc.
4.Good command of English, better to have verification.
5.With publication in medicinal chemistry (IF>3)  

C. Job Description
1.Responsible for drug development project, including research design, comply experiment and report writing.
2.Carry out compound synthesis.
3.Communicate with interdisciplinary team to achieve research goal.
4.Prepare research and progress report for publication.
5.Followed lab rules, including equipment, environmental, and safety maintenance, research document record and preservation, and staff training.
6.Achieve goal according to the schedule from company or department.
